Osceola County Florida | Bridging the Innovation Development Gap (BRIDG) - FKA FAMRC / ICAMR
  Project Features:
> The BRIDG Osceola County building is currently under construction and is a 2 story 100,000 sf semiconductor research / manufacturing facility on approximately 20 acres within the 400 acre property formerly known as Judge Farm in the eastern Kissimmee area of Osceola County. Phase One (this project) includes shell space for the ultimate 100,000 sf facility and build out of cleanroom, office / laboratory and support spaces.
> BRIDG is located in the NeoCity research park, which offers acres of permitted building space for those who wish to focus on development of advanced manufacturing technologies and take advantage of dedicated space without issues associated with permitting and utilities.
> Advanced use of BIM by all design team members, to provide client with a fully maintainable building model.
